Red Sparrow ***
Action-packed and unforgiving in nature, Red Sparrow will be as divisive for fans as Mother! was for Lawrence. The ending does leave things open for a sequel though: You be the judge as to whether it warrants it.

The Messenger could have been more succinct in its delivery and still kept the ambiguity. In the end, it will be remember more as a vehicle moving in the right direction for Sheehan’s career.
